Please note that the above rates per room/per night and are correct at the time of publication (January 2008).  Whilst no increase or change in these published prices is foreseen at this time, we do however reserve the right to alter pricing without prior notice so please confirm pricing when you make your enquiry/reservation.

 

Reservation Terms & Conditions

All reservations are made and accepted in good faith and subject to availability which will be confirmed to you.

When making a reservation, full name and contact details must be provided together with a details of a current and valid credit/debit card.  A deposit of 50% may be chargeable.

Deposits are refundable in full if cancellation is at least 48hrs prior to the booking date and the accommodation is re-let.  In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, and we are unable to re-let the reserved accommodation, the full tariff is chargeable.
