Reservation Terms & Conditions

All reservations are made and accepted in good faith and subject to availability which will be confirmed to you.

When making a reservation, full name and contact details must be provided together with a details of a current and valid credit/debit card. A deposit of 50% may be chargeable.

Deposits are refundable in full if cancellation is at least 48hrs prior to the booking date and the accommodation is re-let. In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, and we are unable to re-let the reserved accommodation, the full tariff is chargeable.
